“Himachal हो” was born from Clive’s passion for both culinary exploration and the art of cider-making. One day, as he was sitting alongside his friends from Spain, Germany, and Britain in the British countryside, one of them casually asked, “How’s the cider in your country?” It was then that Clive realized there was no Indian cider to pair with the bold flavors of Indian cuisine. This moment sparked an idea—an idea to create a cider that could complement the richness of Indian curries.
Inspired by this fusion of cultures, Clive embarked on a journey to India, experimenting with local apples and traditional fermentation methods. The result was Himachal हो, a cider that not only enhances spicy dishes but also embodies the spirit of craftsmanship and community.
